一、概述随着电子技术的飞速发展,七十年代出现了以电子计算机为代表的时间序列数字处理器,由于该类处理器的输入为一维时间序列电信号,因而信号输入时间长,尤其对图象信息的处理需要较多的时间。电子技术的发展逐步进入影象时代,为此迫切需要一种能高速并行处理二维图象信息的元件,而光信息处理技术正好具有这种能力,它打破了时间序列数字处理器的处理能力,因此发展了性能优良的适合高速并行处理二维信息不可缺少的元件——空间光调制器(简称SLM)。
