福建省建材工作会议1月25日至27日在福州市召开,由于这次会议与全国建材工作会议的电视电话会议套开,所以我省各地市建材主管部门和重点建材企业的120多名代表同全国各地的4000多名代表一道在电视大屏幕前参加了这两个盛会,会议形式颇具新意。 25日,代表们认真听取了国家建材局张人为局长、国家经贸委石万鹏副主任的报告;27日,又听取了国家建材局副局长杨志元的总结报告。代表们对国务院,国家经贸委关心和重视建材工业感到鼓舞,认为采取电视电话的形式更方便了基层单位同国家建材局的交流,也有利于更快更直接地把国家的重大政策贯彻到基层。认为张人为局长的报告把目标和任务讲得十分明确,传达了建材行业“调整结构、控制总量”的巨大决心。
The Fujian Provincial Building Materials Work Conference was held in Fuzhou from January 25th to 27th. Since the conference and the national conference on building materials were held in a teleconference, more than 120 representatives from building materials departments and key building materials companies from all over the province attended the conference. Delegates were encouraged by the State Council and the State Economic and Trade Commission’s concern and attention to the building materials industry. They believed that taking the form of video-phone calls made it easier for the grass-roots units to communicate with the National Building Material Bureau, and it also facilitated the faster and more direct implementation of the country’s major policies at the grass-roots level. . It is believed that Zhang Renwei’s report to the Secretary clearly stated the objectives and tasks and conveyed the great determination of the “adjustment structure and total control” of the building materials industry.
