苏州纺织机械厂是一个以生产挠性剑杆织机和各类染整设备为主的全国重点纺机企业。党的十四大以来,企业党政一班人坚持转变旧思想,树立新观念,有力地促进了企业的发展。1997、1998年企业实现销售19040万元,产值22248.3万元,利润1195.3万元,利税1990.8万元;企业发展进入了一个新的发展阶段。 转变观念是搞好 企业的重要内容 在社会主义市场经济条件下,如何把企业搞好,我们厂党政一班人的体会是,最根本的要把人的观念转变好。

Since the 14th CPC National Congress, corporate party and government people have persisted in changing old ideas and establishing new ideas, which have effectively promoted the development of enterprises. In 1997 and 1998, the company realized sales of 190.4 million yuan, output value of 222.483 million yuan, profit of 11.9533 million yuan, and profit tax of 19.908 million yuan; the development of the company has entered a new stage of development. Transforming ideas is an important part of doing business. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, how do we improve enterprises? Our party, government, and people feel that the most fundamental thing is to transform people’s ideas.
