目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合雄激素全阻断(MAB)治疗前列腺癌合并膀胱出口梗阻的疗效。方法 18例合并膀胱出口梗阻的PCa患者应用TURP,术后行MAB治疗。分析术前及术后3个月时IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PSA、RU及临床症状。结果 18例无严重并发症发生。术后3个月的IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PSA、RU与术前相比明显改善,P<0.05。临床症状明显好转。结论 TURP联合MAB治疗能迅速、有效的解除前列腺癌所引起的膀胱出口梗阻。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) combined with androgen blockade (MAB) in the treatment of bladder cancer with prostate cancer. Methods Eighteen PCa patients with bladder outlet obstruction were treated with TURP and MAB after operation. IPSS, QOL, Qmax, PSA, RU and clinical symptoms were analyzed preoperatively and 3 months after surgery. Results 18 cases without serious complications. IPSS, QOL, Qmax, PSA and RU at 3 months after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation (P <0.05). Clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion TURP combined with MAB treatment can promptly and effectively relieve the bladder outlet obstruction caused by prostate cancer.
