研发了一种由液态烃和表面活性剂组成的复合水合促进剂,通过天然气水合物实验平台对预期效果进行了验证。建立了复合促进剂作用下的水合物生成动力学模型,利用VB软件编程实现模型求解。将不同反应溶液和不同反应气体条件下得到的诱导时间计算值与实验结果及理论分析结果进行比较,吻合度较高,较准确地描述水合物生成的诱导过程。该模型的建立为天然气水合物储运技术的应用与发展提供了理论支持。
A compound hydration accelerator consisting of liquid hydrocarbons and surfactants has been developed to validate the expected results through a gas hydrate experimental platform. A hydrate formation kinetic model under the action of a compound promoter was established, and the model was solved by VB software programming. The calculated values of induction time under different reaction conditions and different reaction gases are compared with the experimental and theoretical analysis results. The results show that the agreement degree is high and the induction process of hydrate formation is more accurately described. The establishment of this model provides theoretical support for the application and development of natural gas hydrate storage and transportation technology.
