在信息化建设步伐飞速发展的今天,电子文件已成为信息记录的主要形式。档案已不再仅仅局限于传统意义上的纸质载体形式,电子档案、档案数字化、档案信息网络化延伸了传统档案的内涵。作为一种新型的载体,电子文件同传统纸质载体的档案一样,已经成为重要的信息资源和宝贵财富。这不仅是当前工作的需要,也为今后的各项工作带来更直接、更快捷的便利。
Today, with the rapid development of information technology, electronic documents have become the main form of information recording. File no longer limited to the traditional form of paper carrier, electronic files, digital files, file information network extends the traditional file connotation.
