为了确定多模浙变型光波导的带宽频谱特性,我们在800nm～1600nm波长范围内,作了带宽测量。就GeO_2-P_2O_5-SiO_2系光波导而言,在850nm～1500nm波长范围内,得到了大于1GHz·km的带宽。
In order to determine the bandwidth of the multi-mode LED optical waveguide characteristics, we in the 800nm ~ 1600nm wavelength range, made a bandwidth measurement. For GeO_2-P_2O_5-SiO_2 optical waveguide, the bandwidth of more than 1GHz · km is obtained in the wavelength range of 850nm-1500nm.
