———以前,我对学生的个性、优点并不留心,但对他们的违纪行为却特别敏感,如此我找到的是当警察的感觉。———以前,我奉行时间换质量的原则,迷信补课,迷信题海战术,自己经常加班加点,也迫使学生加班加点。如此我找到的是一个技术工人的感觉。———以前,我竭力把辛辛苦苦喝到肚子里的墨水倒给学生,却发现学生总是热情不高,嘴张得不够大。如此我找到的是一个教书匠的感觉。
