本计算方案包括聚能装药药柱及药型罩全部几何参数,以及炸药的密度、爆速、多方指数。计算压垮及射流参数时,采用了不可压缩流体模型。压垮速度按平板抛掷模型进行计算,并以圆筒内聚压垮实验结果作了修正。侵彻按准定常过程进行计算,同时考虑了靶板强度及射流断裂的影响。对各类型装药压垮参数、射流参数及侵彻过程的计算结果表明,计算值与实侧值是相当一致的。使用本计算程序(JPGS),不仅可对现有装药进行各参数计算,而且可用于新装药结构设计的性能预报,并可定量分析各装药参数改变时对穿深的影响规律。
The calculation scheme includes all geometrical parameters of the drug charge column and the drug cover, as well as the density, detonation velocity and multi-index of the explosive. In calculating the collapse and jet parameters, an incompressible fluid model was used. The crushing speed was calculated according to the plate throwing model, and the result of cylinder crush test was amended. Penetration according to the normal process of calculation, taking into account the target plate strength and jet fracture. The calculation results of crushing parameters, jet parameters and penetration process of various types of charge show that the calculated values are quite consistent with the real lateral values. Using this calculation program (JPGS), not only the parameters of the existing charge can be calculated, but also the performance of the new charge structure design can be predicted, and the influence law of perforation depth when the charge parameters change can be quantitatively analyzed.
