本工作以内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱为主要手段,配合X射线衍射和俄歇电子能谱测定以及化学测试,研究了用化学蒸发沉积(CVD)法制备的以玻璃为基体的SnO_2薄膜,证实了薄膜的织构效应(择优取向),以及在界面上的相互作用;研究了添加锑组分后形成的Sn(1-x)Sb_xO_2非晶薄膜,由四极裂距的分布得出Sn离子周围环境对称性随添加的Sb含量的变化;研究了不同制备方法制得的MoO_3-SnO_2催化剂,穆斯堡尔参数与催化性能具有相对应的关系。
