社会的发展进步,让政府信息的公开透明成为必然。随着我国《政府信息公开条例》的颁布实施,各地的政府信息公开工作都有了很大起色,取得了很多成绩,同时也显现了许多问题。笔者通过对档案馆现行文件中心中保存的政府公开信息研究,总结出政府信息公开中的一些问题,在此略谈一点自己的看法,以供同仁们商榷。
Social development and progress, so that the transparency of government information has become an inevitable. With the promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information” in our country, there has been a great improvement in the government information disclosure in various places and many achievements have been made. At the same time, many problems have also emerged. The author summarizes some problems in the disclosure of government information by studying the government’s open information stored in the existing document center of the archives and briefly discusses his own opinions for discussion with colleagues.
