目的··:考察咳安片的临床止咳、祛痰效果及不良反应。方法··:采用咳安片与可桔片进行对照试验 ,治疗急性支气管炎或慢性支气管炎急性发作伴有中度以上咳嗽患者各30例。结果·· :咳安片镇咳临床控制率为30.0% ,显效率为63.3 %。不良反应主要有头晕、胃不适等 ,发生率很低 ,表现轻微。结论··:咳安片具有确切的镇咳祛痰效果及良好的安全性。
