一、环境统计及其可靠性的涵义 环境统计是指通过对环境现象的各种信息的调查搜集、整理、分析和预测,用数字来计量、反映环境状况及变化趋势以及其他相关情况。广义上,环境统计包含环境统计工作、环境统计资料和环境统计学三部分。我们通常讲的环境统计是环境统计工作与环境统计资料的总称。 可靠性是一种度量,从数学的角度来说即是概率。环境统计的可靠性可以如下定义:
