本实验应用肌肉收缩机械—电换能器和生理记录仪观察在不同激素状态下兔离体输卵管峡部平滑肌自发收缩张力、张力变化速度以及收缩波型的变化并进行比较研究。通过1—2小时连续记录,摸索测定兔输卵管平滑肌对去甲肾上腺素敏感性反应的最适条件。结果表明:1.兔离体输卵管峡部平滑肌活动与激素状态有密切关系,峡部在不同激素背景下的自发收缩张力、张力变化速度以及收缩波型均有明显差异。产生差异的原因。推测可能是卵巢激素水平的高低影响输卵管平滑肌蛋白质的合成、肌纤维醣元含量以及肌肉内去甲肾上腺素含量或受体敏感性等;2.在离体条件下,五组不同激素状态的兔输卵管峡部平滑肌无论是新鲜材料还是在4℃Krebs 液保存2—6小时的材料都有一个“平稳期”,选择此期作为观察输卵管峡部平滑肌对NE 的敏感性反应,可获得重复性较高的剂量-反应曲线。
