国家新闻出版总署日前在北京发布了《新闻出版信息化“十二五”时期发展规划》,明确提出到2015年前将重点打造“新闻出版电子政务综合平台”、“新闻出版信息资源库”和“出版发行信息服务云平台”三大国家级信息化平台。《规划》提出,到“十二五”期末将建成网络互联互通、资源整合共享、业务有效协同、标准体系完备的信息化新格局。其中,“新闻出版电子政务综合平台”将整合新闻出版行业监管和服务信息系统、国家版权监管平台、网络出版监管系统等系统,初步建成集数据存储、管理、交换、发布与应用为一体的国家级新闻出版信息资源库。
