工程师在设计丝网印刷工艺时,应该有一些理论概念指导这种设计。但是电子工业生产引入丝网印刷时,是将它视为能工巧匠的技巧,至今未能被接受为一种工程科学。为了保证印刷质量,必须对印刷参数作仔细调整,对印刷过程进行推理分析。丝网印刷不但需要单纯的经验技巧,更需要理论基础知识。本文提出了一种丝网印刷工程模型,并利用这一模型对印刷参数作了初步分析。一、丝网印刷的流体动力学正常印刷存在三个特点:1.刮板前浆料必须“转动”。2.丝网与视底必须隔开一小段距离。3.丝网脱开时浆料必须从网孔中心传递至衬底。这些证实了印刷中存在流体动力学现象。
Engineers in the design of screen printing process, there should be some theoretical concepts to guide this design. However, when electronic industrial production was introduced into screen printing, it was regarded as a skill of skilled craftsmen and has so far not been accepted as an engineering science. In order to guarantee the printing quality, must make the careful adjustment to the printing parameter, carries on the reasoning analysis to the printing process. Screen printing not only requires a simple empirical skills, but also the need for theoretical knowledge. This paper presents a screen printing engineering model, and the use of this model of printing parameters for a preliminary analysis. First, the screen printing fluid dynamics normal printing there are three characteristics: 1. Scraper slurry must be “rotating.” 2. Screen and the bottom of the screen must be separated by a short distance. 3. When the screen is disconnected, the paste must be transferred from the center of the cell to the substrate. These confirm the existence of hydrodynamic phenomena in printing.
