作者报告一44岁家庭妇女患慢性泛发性癣病,病起于15岁时,从头皮开始,渐次波及全身。检查示头发几乎全部脱落,头皮呈萎缩性、瘢痕性。头皮有少数小黄痂,残留的头发有些较长,有些刚出头皮即断;眉毛也部份脱落。全身皮肤干燥增厚,覆有灰红色糠秕状鳞屑,有如鱼鳞病。两臂、小腿及背部等处呈苔藓化。掌、跖呈角化过度。皮损伴中度瘙痒。所有指、趾甲均呈白粉状、较脆,其上凹陷不平,右腋及颈部有几个淋巴结肿大,有些穿破形成瘘管,排出脓血性液体,部份地方已结疤,压之疼痛。舌背覆有灰白色膜,两口角有“口角炎”损害。实验室检查:血沉22毫米/1小时、52毫米/2小时;白细胞总数7100(多形核73%、淋巴细胞13%,单核细胞4%、嗜伊红细胞10%);血小板计数正常;血细胞比容为36.4%;血尿素氮为14毫克%;血清
The authors report that a 44-year-old family woman developed chronic all-borne ringworm. The disease starts at the age of 15 from the scalp and gradually spreads throughout the body.
