北京风波,经历了短短两个月,却提出了同时也回答了许多根本性的、甚至多年争论不休的新闻原则问题,我们应该很好地总结。我想从我国对外宣传的战略思想这个角度做一点回顾与思考。邓小平同志说,北京风波的发生是由国际大气候和中国自己的小气候所决定了的。所谓“大气候”、“小气候”,主要是指当前在中国和世界范围内两种社会制度和思想体系在新形势下的较量和竞争。北京风波则是这种较量在中国的具体表现和集中爆发。
The turmoil in Beijing has experienced only two months. However, we have put forward many press principles that answer many basic questions and even argue over many years. We should summarize this very well. I would like to make a point of reviewing and thinking from the perspective of our country’s strategic propaganda. Comrade Deng Xiaoping said that the turmoil in Beijing was decided by the international climate and China’s own microclimate. The so-called “big climate” and “microclimate” mainly refer to the current contest and competition between the two social systems and ideological systems in the new situation in China and around the world. The turmoil in Beijing is a concrete manifestation and a concentrated explosion of such contest in China.
