最近十年来,对溃疡病愈合药物作了许多实验室研究和临床验证,可是,有关抗酸药的研究进展是非常缓慢的。虽然这是一个传统课题,但抗酸药在临床应用的药物中仍占重要地位;而象胶布和阿斯匹林一样,是家庭药柜的基本成份。然而,即使用于治疗十二指肠溃疡,我们对它的应用方法及疗程仍然是笼统的。治疗十二指肠溃疡,医师必须决定抗酸药的用法以及溃疡愈合的治疗方案,还要估计可能出现的副作用,大剂量应用时尤应注意。
In the recent decade, many laboratory studies and clinical trials have been conducted on healing drugs for ulcer disease. However, the research on antacids has been very slow. Although this is a traditional topic, antacids still play an important role in the clinical application of drugs, and like tapes and aspirin, they are essential ingredients in home medicine cabinets. However, even for the treatment of duodenal ulcers, our method of its application and treatment is still general. For the treatment of duodenal ulcer, the physician must decide on the usage of antacid and the treatment plan for ulcer healing, as well as the side effects that may occur. Special attention should be paid when using large doses.
