终于踏上了去往恩施大峡谷的旅程,一路上,我兴奋不已。恩施大峡谷位于恩施市屯堡乡和板桥镇境内,峡谷全长108千米,其中“楼门石浪”“绝壁长廊”“一炷香”最为著名,美不胜收。据资料显示,这是世界上唯一两岸不同地质年代的地缝,是因为早期地壳运动中的断裂作用,使三叠纪地层与二叠纪地层呈断层接触,后经过山地抬升和水流沿,断裂薄弱带长期下切、侵蚀而形成的深谷地缝。右岸为1.8亿~2.3亿年前形成的三叠纪地层,左岸是2.5亿~2.8亿年前形成的二叠纪地层。有专家认为,恩施大峡谷是世界上最美丽的大峡谷,“即使走马观花,也令人如痴如醉”。
