五矿邯邢矿业有限公司北洺河铁矿1997年4月8日开工建设,2003年底正式通过国家验收,维修车间于2005年1月成立。维修车间担负全矿井下设备点检、维修和保养任务。近年来,由于生产的需要,我矿引进了多台大型设备,高产压力下设备负荷较大,维检任务随之加重,而车间的维检效率、职工的工作积极性和技能水平在现行制度下略显不足。为了确保维检及时性、维检质量,减少因设备故障对生产的影响,为了提高技工的专业技能和工作积极性,北洺河铁矿对维修车间实行了工效体制改革。改革的主要措施包括以自由组合的方式整合维修队伍,采用集体承包制的私营模式,以工时来计取效益工资,制定公平合理的晋升与淘汰制度。本文阐述了维修车间改革措施的原则和相关理论,结合生产中的实际问题研究了针对性的决策,为全面落实科学发展观,深化国企改革,全面提升业务管理水平起到了积极的推动作用。

The main reform measures include the integration of maintenance teams in a free combination mode, the private mode of collective contract system, the calculation of benefit salaries by working hours and the establishment of a fair and reasonable promotion and elimination system. This article elaborates the principle and related theory of the maintenance workshop reform measures, and studies pertinent decisions based on actual problems in production. It plays a positive role in promoting the scientific outlook on development, deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and raising the level of business management in an all-round way.
