柴油机试制过程中,正确的了解主轴瓦工作时的温度变化情况是十分重要的。它可使我们知道主轴瓦的工作状况,防止烧瓦事故的发生。因此,测量主轴瓦温度是一项很有意义的工作。为了制成测量我厂正在试制的16V200ZL—2型高速柴油机主轴瓦温度的工具,经过几次试制,解决了一些问题,目前所采用的镍铬——镍硅热电偶电容焊接法取得了比较理想的效果。现把具体情况简介如下:
