钚是属极毒类核素,国际上对它推荐的辐射防护标准是很严的。有关钚的毒理学研究在国外已有了卅多年历史,但迄今在超铀元素的放射生物学研究中,钚的毒性研究工作仍然占据相当的地位,而且研究的深度与广度也有了相当的发展。在国内,这一领域内的实验研究工作基本上还是个空白,因此,为了进一步了解和掌握钚在体内的分布规律及其损伤特点,我们开展了家兔硝酸钚低剂量慢性中毒的实验研究,以便为加强辐射防护工作与今后修订我国的钚辐射防护标准提供有参考价值的实验资料。

The research on toxicology of earthworms has been in foreign countries for more than 20 years. However, in the research of radiobiology of transuranic elements, the toxicity research of earthworms still occupies a considerable position, and the depth and breadth of research have also been considerable. . At home, experimental research in this field is basically still a blank. Therefore, in order to further understand and master the distribution and damage characteristics of earthworms in the body, we conducted an experimental study on the low-dose chronic toxicity of lanthanum nitrate in rabbits. In order to strengthen the radiation protection work and to revise China’s thorium radiation protection standards in the future, provide experimental data with reference value.
