运用RSR法,结合医院每季度的“文明单位”的考核评比活动,将医院“四大系统”即门、急诊部、住院部临床科室(病区)、住院部医技科室、后勤工作质量的考核评分加以统计处理,把每个系统的各个科室进行分等(优、良、中、差);并对其结果进行显著性检验,差异具有显著性。旨在为医院内部管理提供科学依据,使医院管理进一步向科学化、规范化、量化发展、完善。
Using the RSR method, combined with the assessment and appraisal activities of the quarterly “civilized unit” of the hospital, the “four systems” of the hospital are the door, the emergency department, the inpatient department clinical department (patient area), the inpatient department medical technology department, and the logistic work quality. The evaluation scores were statistically processed and the various departments of each system were graded (excellent, good, medium, and poor); and the results were tested for significance, and the differences were significant. The purpose is to provide scientific basis for the internal management of the hospital, so that the hospital management will be further scientific, standardized and quantitatively developed and improved.
