近年来我省的造林工作虽然取得了很大成绩,但是,仍然存在着一些不可忽视的问题,有待于研究解决。1.苗木不分级.各地的造林,特别是山地造林,苗木不分级的现象比较普遍,有的造林地栽刺槐,大苗高为1.9米,小苗只有0.7米;有的专业户栽落叶松,大苗高54厘米、地径1.5厘米,矮的苗高只有20厘米、地径0.7厘米.
