对不同轧制送料量的铝合金薄壁管材进行涡流探伤试验,分析轧制送料量对涡流探伤的影响及原因。根据探伤记录曲线,做相位与幅值的关系曲线图。研究发现,随轧制送料量增加,相位幅值曲线变窄,探伤参数选择范围减小,检测效率降低,管材本底噪声加大,信噪比减小。因此,送料量大时难以保证军品质量精度要求。
The eddy current testing of aluminum alloy thin-walled tubes with different feeding amount of rolling was carried out to analyze the influence of rolling feed amount on eddy current testing and the reasons. According to the test record curve, phase and amplitude of the relationship between the curve. The results show that with the increase of feeding amount, the phase amplitude curve becomes narrower, the selection range of testing parameters decreases, the detection efficiency decreases, the noise floor of pipe increases and the signal to noise ratio decreases. Therefore, it is difficult to ensure the quality requirements of the military products when the feeding amount is large.
