1.前言制浆造纸工业是一个大量用水的代表性产业。而且,由于以木材为原料的关系,工艺流程中存在着木素、树脂、多糖类等天然的起泡性物质。再者,还由于采用着种类繁多的起泡性添加药品(如施胶剂、纸张补强剂、淀粉、毛布清洗剂、脱墨剂、涂布用胶乳等)。因此,造纸工业是一个从制浆过程直至废水处理过程常常会为了泡沫问题而容易扰人烦恼的产业。表1列举了制浆造纸厂的主要泡沫障碍。
1. Introduction The pulp and paper industry is a representative industry for large quantities of water. Moreover, due to the relationship between wood as a raw material, natural foaming substances such as lignin, resins and polysaccharides exist in the process. In addition, a wide variety of foaming additives (such as sizing agents, paper reinforcing agents, starches, felt cleaning agents, deinking agents, coating latexes and the like) are also used. Therefore, the paper industry is an industry that tends to annoy people for foam problems, from the pulping process to the wastewater treatment process. Table 1 lists the major foam barriers for pulp and paper mills.
