目的:探讨削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复舌癌术后缺损的效果。方法:选择2007年1月-2011年10月我院口腔科舌鳞状细胞癌患者28例,采用舌癌根治术后联合削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复术后造成的舌缺损,并对治疗效果和舌功能恢复效果进行随访观察。结果:本组28例患者皮瓣均完全成活,再造舌体及舌根部形态恢复正常,供受区创口均一期愈合,下肢运动感觉功能无障碍。经术后随诊,所有患者修复后舌形态功能恢复良好。结论:对舌癌联合根治术造成的舌缺损,应用削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植的临床效果较好,重建后的舌功能恢复也较为理想。
Objective: To investigate the effect of free thinning anterior lateral flap on the repair of tongue cancer postoperative defect. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma of tongue in our hospital from January 2007 to October 2011 were treated with tongue-free radical resection of tongue defects after tongue resection combined with thinning anterior lateral flap The treatment effect and tongue function recovery were observed. Results: The flaps of 28 patients in this group all survived completely. The reconstruction of the tongue and tongue base were normal, and all the wounds in the affected area were healed in one time. The sensory function of lower extremity was unobstructed. After follow-up, all patients recovered well after morphological recovery. Conclusion: Tongue cancer combined with radical mastectomy caused by tongue defects, the application of thinning the anterolateral flap free transplantation clinical effect is better, the restored tongue function recovery is also more ideal.
