一年一度的全国人大、政协会议刚刚结束,党中央、国务院就把各省市区的党政首脑请来,开会讨论农业生产和农村工作。座谈会开宗明义,把稳定农业、稳定农村,作为各项重大改革措施顺利实施和国民经济持续、快速、健康发展,创造良好的经济环境和稳定的社会环境的一个基本条件。
The annual meeting of the NPC and CPPCC has just ended. The Central Party Committee and the State Council have invited the party and government leaders from various provinces and municipalities to meet to discuss agricultural production and rural work.
