目的:探讨眼底葡萄膜缺损的形态学改变。方法:应用高频超声对20对(30眼)眼底葡萄膜缺损的形态进行观察。结果:73.3%(22/30)患眼可于葡萄膜缺损部位探查到大小不一、边界清楚、边缘陡峭的局限性坑状凹陷。结论:眼部超声检查可准确反映病变性质、部位且简便易行,是诊断葡萄膜缺损的有价值的辅助诊断方法。
Objective: To investigate the morphological changes of retinal uveal defects. Methods: The morphology of 20 (30 eyes) uveal defects were observed by high frequency ultrasound. Results: 73.3% (22/30) of the affected eyes could detect pit-shaped depression with different size, sharp boundary and steep edge on the uveal defect. Conclusion: The ocular ultrasonography can accurately reflect the nature of the lesion, the site and is simple and easy to diagnose the uveal defect as a valuable diagnostic aid.
