本文分析了典型的工业燃煤锅炉——链条炉运行的特点,提出了对这类锅炉燃烧自动控制系统的组织原则,以及适用于DDZ—Ⅱ型调节仪表和微型计算机的控制系统。通过在电子模拟计算机上的仿真试验,表明所提供的系统在不同扰动时均能满足要求。并指出:目前流行的在热负荷调节系统中引入蒸汽流量信号的弊病。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of a typical industrial coal-fired boiler - chain furnace operation, put forward the organizational principles of automatic control system for such boilers, as well as for the DDZ-Ⅱ-type regulating instruments and microcomputer control system. The simulation experiment on the electronic simulation computer shows that the system provided can meet the requirements under different disturbances. And pointed out: the current popularity of the heat load regulation system to introduce the shortcomings of the steam flow signal.
