前言 铝及铝合金防护装饰,广泛采用硫酸阳极氧化。这样电解液能使铝制品获得防护性能高的氧化膜,并且氧化膜具有较多的孔隙,较强的吸附能力。但此工艺的温度范围窄,电解液必须控制在13~26℃范围内进行,才能保证氧化膜的质量。在氧化过程中,槽温很容易超出它的上限,导致氧化膜起粉。特别是夏季即使是单班制的生产为了维持槽温在工艺规范之内,也必须采用降温措施,这样就带来了投资和能耗等问题。
