德兴铜矿三期工程选矿厂设计规模为日处理矿石6万吨,原计划从国外引进OK—38米~3浮选机,因外汇资金所限,由北京有色冶金设计研究总院承担了BS—K38米~2浮选机的研制任务。经过与西北有色冶金机械厂、德兴铜矿共同努力,此浮选机已于1987年5月10日试验成功,因于5月13日将试验系统矿浆转给矿冶研究总院研制的KYF—38浮选机做试料,故考机运转就此停止。 BS—K38米~3浮选机有十大特点:
Dexing Copper Mine benefited from the design of the beneficiation plant with a daily processing capacity of 60,000 tons of ore per day. The original plan was to introduce OK-38-3 flotation machine from abroad. Due to the limited foreign exchange funds, it was undertaken by Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute BS-K38 m ~ 2 flotation machine development tasks. After working together with the Northwest Non-ferrous Metallurgical Machinery Factory and Dexing Copper Mine, the flotation machine was successfully tested on May 10, 1987. Because the test system slurry was transferred to the KYF developed by the Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy on May 13, -38 flotation machine to do the sample, so test machine operation to stop. BS-K38 m ~ 3 flotation machine has ten main features:
