对15例25只青光眼患眼,11例19只高眼压症患眼和9例16只正常眼进行了图形视网膜电图(P—ERG)。图形视诱发电位(P—VEP)的联同步检测和比较分析。结果表明:青光眼组的 P—VEP 的 P_1波潜伏期(LP_1)明显较高眼压症组3对照组长(P<0.01),高眼压症组的 LP_1与种照组差别无显著性(P>0.05).青光眼组和高眼压症组的 P 波振幅(AF_1)较对照组低小,(P<0.05).青光眼组,高眼压症组的 F-ERG b 波振幅(Ab)组低小(P<0.05)。单项异常率青光眼在50%左右.高眼压症组在5—21%:率青光眼高达70%,高眼压症组为26%。结果还表明:青光眼组,高眼压症组-VEPLP_1呈正相关(rs=1,P<0.05).与 AP_1呈负相关(rs=,P=1.05)。研究表明:在青光眼及高眼压症患眼中.P—.P—ERG 可发生不同程度的异常.有些还发生在视野、眼底的异常变化之前,联合检测可提高异常检率,作者认为:联合检测 P—VEP 和 P—ERG 对青光眼的早期诊断可提供一定的有益的参考依据。
Graphical electroretinography (P-ERG) was performed on 15 patients with 25 glaucoma eyes, 11 patients with 19 ocular hypertension and 9 patients with 16 normal eyes. Graphical Visual Evoked Potential (P-VEP) of the simultaneous detection and comparative analysis. The results showed that the P_1 wave latency (LP_1) of P-VEP in glaucoma group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between LP1 group and control group > 0.05) .P wave amplitude (AF_1) in glaucoma group and ocular hypertension group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05) Low and small (P <0.05). Single abnormal rate of glaucoma in about 50% of the group of ocular hypertension in 5-21%: up to 70% of glaucoma, ocular hypertension group was 26%. The results also showed that there was a positive correlation between -VEPLP_1 in glaucoma group and ocular hypertension group (rs = 1, P <0.05), and negatively correlated with AP_1 (rs =, P = 1.05). Studies have shown that in the eyes of patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension, P-P-ERG can occur in varying degrees of abnormality, some also occurred in the field of vision, fundus abnormalities before the joint detection can improve the abnormal rate, the author believes that the joint Detecting P-VEP and P-ERG early diagnosis of glaucoma can provide some useful reference.
