以高速机车转向架中采用的双十字万向传动轴为对象,分析了万向轴传动比和主动轴输入角、车体与轮对间相对位移等6个参数的关系。利用正交试验法着重讨论了各个参数对传动比影响的作用大小,以及各因素之间的交互作用,结果表明相对浮沉运动是影响传动比的主要因素,浮沉和横摆运动的交互作用也对传动比有很大的影响。这些结论将为转向架悬挂系统、驱动系统和电传动控制系统的设计提供参考。
The double-cross universal transmission shaft used in the high-speed locomotive bogie is taken as the object. The relationship between the transmission ratio of universal joint and the input angle of the drive shaft, the relative displacement between the body and the wheelset is analyzed. Using orthogonal test method, the effect of each parameter on the transmission ratio and the interaction between various factors are discussed emphatically. The results show that the relative floating movement is the main factor affecting the transmission ratio, and the interaction between the drifting and yawing motion Transmission ratio has a great impact. These conclusions will provide references for the design of bogie suspension system, drive system and electric drive control system.
