树突状细胞(DC)是目前体内功能最强的专职抗原递呈细胞,具有加工处理递呈抗原并直接激活处女T细胞、诱导T细胞免疫应答的功能。慢性髓系白血病表达的P210BCRABL融合蛋白能够被DC加工处理,降解产生的具有免疫原性的融合区肽,以一定的构型和足够高的浓度与MHCⅡ分子结合,刺激抗原特异性T细胞发生反应。由于P210BCRABL融合蛋白广泛存在于95%以上的CML病人,对细胞的恶性转化及恶性表型的维持至关重要。因而,P210BCRABL融合区肽负载的DC将成为CML生物治疗的有效手段。
