(一)人民革命军事委员会所属的空军学校、海军学校及各特种兵学校,在于最近期内,同时在全国各地统一招生。凡年在十七岁至二十五岁,思想纯洁,身体健康,具有初中二年级以上的文化程度的青年学生,及具有高小文化水平的青年工人,均可报名参加。(二)各省、市《专署》、县地方政府,应根据上级政府的具体指示,吸收当地教育行政领导机关、新民主主义青年团组织、学生联合会、工会及其它有关方面,即行成立「军事干部学校招生委员会」,负责进行当地的招生工作。
