Phytophthora infestans were inoculated on 6 potato tubers to study the identification of tuber inoculation. Tuber inoculation was used to identify the level of resistance to late blight. The combination of whole potato acupuncture and cutaneous inoculation was used. The determination of the level of resistance should be based on the onset time, infection rate, the rate of expansion and the number of spores formed a comprehensive evaluation of four indicators
