本文报道两维超声心动图测定二尖瓣前瓣体部与室间隔左室缘之间夹角(NSA),及其在检测伴有室壁节段活动异常的急性心肌梗塞和慢性冠心病及其他原因引起的左室功能不全方面的价值。方法:平均年龄56.5±12.9岁的122例患者中,绝大多数(80%)为冠心病,46例急性心肌梗塞,8例特发性充血性心肌病,5例主动脉瓣狭窄,3例二尖瓣返流,3例高血压,6例左心导管造影或放射性核素检查未见异常。均排除二尖瓣狭窄和主动脉瓣返流。37例患者作左心导管造影测定左室喷血分数(AEF),85例患者作放射性核素测定左室喷血分数(REF)。此后48小时内进行两维超声心动图检查。
