教育改革和发展的根本目的是提高民族素质,多出人才,出好人才。为实现这一目标,必须从小给学生打好基础,培养学生的思维、想象、分析、推理、综合、概括能力,发展学生的智力,全面提高学生的素质。21世纪是以知识经济为主要特征的世纪,是创新的世纪,是激烈竞争的世纪。因此,培养学生的创新能力,应是素质教育的最高层次。课堂教学作为教育教学的主阵地,是全面落实素质教育的主渠道,是全面提高教育质量的主旋律。
The fundamental purpose of education reform and development is to raise the national quality, increase the number of talented people, and give good talents. In order to achieve this goal, we must lay a good foundation for students from an early age, develop students’ thinking, imagination, analysis, reasoning, synthesis, summarize their abilities, develop their intelligence and comprehensively improve the quality of their students. The 21st century is the century characterized by knowledge economy as the century of innovation and the century of intense competition. Therefore, cultivating students’ innovative ability should be the highest level of quality education. As the main front of education and teaching, classroom teaching is the main channel for the full implementation of quality education and the main theme of improving the quality of education in an all-round way.
