目的:建立银翘解毒合剂中同时测定栀子苷和黄芩苷的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:238 nm,柱温:25℃。结果:栀子苷进样量在0.084~1.05μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=1 422.6X+3.377,r=0.999 8(n=5);黄芩苷进样量在0.23~4.56μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=1 164X+47.201,r=0.999 8(n=5)。平均加样回收率栀子苷为99.65%,RSD=1.44%(n=6);黄芩苷为100.01%,RSD=0.23%(n=6)。结论:该法快速简便,专属性强,重现性好,能用于银翘解毒合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in Yinqiao Jiedu mixture. Methods: The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 238 nm, column temperature: 25 ° C. Results: The calibration curve of geniposide was linear in the range of 0.084-1.05 μg with the regression equation Y = 1 422.6X +3.377, r = 0.999 8 (n = 5). The baicalin injection volume was in the range of 0.23-4.56 μg Within the linear relationship, the regression equation Y = 1 164X + 47.201, r = 0.999 8 (n = 5). The average recoveries of geniposide were 99.65%, RSD = 1.44% (n = 6); baicalin was 100.01%, RSD was 0.23% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, specific, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu mixture.
