双氯苯咪唑是一种强力的广谱抗霉菌剂,在试管内对大多数致病性霉菌、酵母菌和某些固紫阳性细菌有效。许多研究已证明,其局部应用时对念珠菌病和肤癣菌类的皮肤感染有效。本文则以静脉途径研究其疗效和安全性。研究的8例对象均经其他抗霉菌治疗无效者。其中1例芽生菌病患者应用两性霉素乙局部治疗无效;另1例广泛性絮状表皮霉菌病应用适当的抗霉菌剂和灰黄霉素治疗
Dichloro-benzimidazole is a potent, broad-spectrum antifungal agent that works in most test-tube molds, yeasts and some solid-purple positive bacteria in test tubes. Numerous studies have demonstrated that topical application is effective against candidiasis and skin infections of dermatophytes. This article is to study its efficacy and safety of intravenous route. All 8 patients studied were ineffective with other anti-fungal treatments. One case of blastomycosis patients with amphotericin B topical treatment ineffective; the other a case of extensive flurise epidermal mycosis with appropriate anti-fungal agents and griseofulvin treatment
