目的:研究叶下珠甲醇提取物对四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病模型小鼠血糖及症状的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病模型小鼠,分组观察叶下珠甲醇提取物对糖尿病模型动物空腹血糖值及症状的改善作用。结果:1.8、0.9、0.45 g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠体质量减轻有一定改善趋势(P>0.05);1.8、0.9g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物可一定程度减少糖尿病模型小鼠的饮水量,减轻小鼠多饮症状(P<0.05或P<0.01),减轻多尿症状;1.8、0.9 g/kg叶下珠甲醇提取物可一定程度降低糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖(P<0.05)。结论:叶下珠甲醇提取物(1.8、0.9 g/kg)对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖有一定的降低作用,并能一定程度改善糖尿病模型小鼠的体质量减轻、多饮、多尿等症状,对糖尿病有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effects of methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria on blood glucose and symptoms in alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were injected into tail vein to observe the effect of methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria on the improvement of fasting blood glucose and the symptoms of diabetic model animals. Results: The methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria showed a certain improvement trend (P> 0.05), and the methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria at 1.8 and 0.9g / kg could reduce the diabetes mellitus (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and relieve the symptoms of polyuria. Methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria at 1.8, 0.9 g / kg could reduce the fasting blood glucose of diabetic mice to some extent (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria (1.8,0.9 g / kg) can reduce the fasting blood glucose in alloxan-induced diabetic mice and can reduce the body weight, Polyuria and other symptoms of diabetes have a certain therapeutic effect.
