2008年2月8日土库曼斯坦总统古尔班古雷·别尔德穆罕默多夫在内阁扩大会议上表示,今年要对全国所有油气田进行国际审计。在谈到国家石油天然气部门今后的发展时,总统强调说,政府应重点关注油气和其它矿产资源的大规模开发项目,认真研究将这些资源输往国际市场的可能性;开放国家燃料能源系统的原则应成为这方面工作的基础,以便在建立多样化油气资源运输体系的同时,实施一系列投资措施以完善该领域基础设施并增强国家的能源开发潜力。
February 8, 2008 Turkmenistan’s President Gul’Burguy al-Berdeid Mohamedov said at an enlarged Cabinet meeting that this year international audits will be conducted on all oil and gas fields across the country. Speaking of the future development of the national oil and gas sector, the president stressed that the government should focus on the large-scale development of oil and gas and other mineral resources and carefully study the possibility of shipping these resources to international markets. The opening of the national fuel energy system The principles should form the basis of work in this area in order to implement a series of investment measures to improve the infrastructure in this area and to enhance the country’s potential for energy development, while establishing a diversified oil and gas resource transport system.
