Under the background of the objective requirements of low-carbon transportation and the high-carbon characteristics of highway freight transportation, it is of great significance to master the carbon emission center of gravity of freight transportation in our country and its trajectory to formulate the strategic measures of carbon emissions in the transportation field. Using the theory of gravity analysis, we introduce the concept of carbon emission and “center of gravity”. Using the statistical data of the whole country’s road freight transportation from 1995 to 2013 in China, we use the bottom-up method to calculate the gravity of national carbon emissions from freight transportation over the years Geographical coordinates and its transfer path, and analyzes the dynamic changes and spatial relations of the focus of carbon emissions from freight transportation from the aspects of route direction, transfer distance and policy relevance. The results show that the center of gravity of the carbon emissions from road transport in China shows a strong tendency of migration to the east and to the south with respect to the time dimension. In terms of carbon emissions in the entire transport sector, the trajectory of carbon emissions from road transport in China shows more shifts Obvious stage characteristics can be regarded as one of the indicators of national emission reduction; from the perspective of the new statistics, the difference between the eastern and western parts of the road freight carbon emission obviously decreases. At this stage, the difference mainly lies in the south and the north, and the regional differences Sexual issues are moving in a positive and favorable direction.
