近年来,北京市流通业获得了较快发展,但总体水平与国外发达国家和地区相 比尚嫌不足,也与北京市的城市定位和功能定位存在一定差距。加快北京市流通业 发展,就成了促进首都经济持续健康快速发展,完善城市各项社会功能、构建社会 主义和谐社会首善之区的内在要求,也成了政府管理部门一项重要的工作。
In recent years, the circulation industry in Beijing has witnessed a rapid development. However, the overall level is still not enough compared with the developed countries and regions in the world. There is also a gap between Beijing’s urban orientation and functional orientation. Accelerating the development of the circulation industry in Beijing has become an inherent requirement of promoting the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the capital economy, perfecting various social functions of the city and building the first-rate region of a harmonious socialist society, and has also become an important task for government departments.
