分时度假是一种新型的旅游消费方式,本文围绕保护分时度假消费者利益这一主线,通过研究发达国家发展分时度假的经验教训,结合我国的实际,针对现存问题提出行之有效的对策,制定出我国分时度假的法律法规。
Timeshare is a new type of tourism consumption mode. This paper focuses on the main line of protecting the interests of consumers in timeshares.
