[目的]明确氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉混配对马铃薯晚疫病菌的增效作用和田间防效。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉混配对晚疫病菌菌丝生长的联合毒力并进行田间试验,分别用Wadley法和Abbott法评价混配组合的增效作用。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉以质量比1∶2和1∶3混配抑制菌丝生长的增效系数为2.6和1.8,表现增效作用。50%氟醚菌酰胺水分散粒剂与50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂1∶2和1∶3桶混防治马铃薯晚疫病增效系数为1.0,表现相加作用。[结论]氟醚菌酰胺与烯酰吗啉按有效成分质量比1∶2和1∶3混配后具有较强的抑菌效果,增效作用显著。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the synergistic effect of the combination of flufenamic acid and dimethomorph on the pathogen of potato late blight and field control. [Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the joint virulence of fluorofenamide and dimethomorph on the mycelial growth of Phytophthora infestans and the field experiments were conducted. The efficiency of the combination was evaluated by Wadley method and Abbott method respectively effect. [Result] The synergistic coefficients of inhibition of mycelial growth with flufenamic acid and dimethomorph at mass ratio of 1: 2 and 1: 3 were 2.6 and 1.8, respectively. 50% flufenamic acid water dispersible granules and 50% dimethomorph wettable powder 1: 2 and 1: 3 barrel control of potato late blight efficiency coefficient of 1.0, the performance of additive effect. [Conclusion] The combination of flufenamic acid and dimethomorph had a strong antibacterial effect when mixed with 1: 2 and 1: 3 active ingredients, and the synergistic effect was obvious.
