目的 探讨年龄对胸主动脉结构和功能的影响。方法 应用多平面经食管超声心动图 ,检测 1 34例不同年龄组受试者的胸主动脉 ,测量胸主动脉舒张期内径 (Dd)、收缩期内径 (Ds)、内膜 中层厚度 (IMT)、Peterson’s弹性指数 (Ep)、Young’s弹性指数 (Es)和 β值。结果 不同年龄组胸主动脉各项参数测值差异显著 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1 ) ,年龄与IMT、Dd、Ds、Ep、Es和 β显著正相关 (P <0 0 1~0 0 0 1 ) ;IMT与Ep和 β显著正相关 (P <0 0 1~ 0 0 0 1 )。 结论 随增龄 ,胸主动脉内膜增厚、内径扩大、顺应性降低、僵硬度增大。
Objective To investigate the effect of age on the structure and function of the thoracic aorta. Methods Multi-plane transesophageal echocardiography was used to detect the aorta of thoracic aorta in 1 34 cases of different age groups. Diastolic diameter (Dd), systolic diameter (Ds), and intima-media thickness (IMT) , Peterson’s elasticity index (Ep), Young’s elasticity index (Es) and β value. Results The parameters of thoracic aorta in different age groups were significantly different (P <0.05-0.01), and age was positively correlated with IMT, Dd, Ds, Ep, Es and β (P <0.01 ~ 0 0 0 1). There was a significant positive correlation between IMT and Ep and β (P 0 01 ~ 0 0 0 1). Conclusion With increasing age, thoracic aorta intima thickening, diameter, compliance decreased, stiffness increased.
