我厂从1958年开始对矿山进行了全面技术改造。经过两年的艰苦奋斗,终于把旧矿山改造成一个现代化机械开采的矿山,于1960年8月正式投入生产。改造后的矿山开辟了新的采矿平台和剥离平台,开拓了溜槽、竖井和平洞,增添了深孔钻机、电铲、电机车、汽车等穿孔装运设备。生产过程的机械化程度达到85%,基本上消灭了笨重的体力劳动。矿山实行机械化开采后,起初因为生产能力未能充分发挥,所以还不能满足生产的需要。究其原因:一方面是由于对设备使用不熟
